Eggplant dip or roasted eggplant dip is a highly admired and bingeable dish. There are some special dishes made with eggplant puree in Turkish cuisine. One of those dishes is called Hünkar Beğendi or Sultan’s Delight, lamb stew served on eggplant puree. Another one is known as Alinazik, which is a dish made from eggplant puree with yoghurt served with seasoned ground meat or grilled meatballs.
